Should check the merchandise before you send it to who purchased it. Mine came broken. And if not broken before it left you guys it should’ve been packaged better.

i bought a switch pokemon violent for my sons birthday as hes been asking for months. I received the mailing package completely in tact and handed it to my son who excitedly tore into it. But then his joy turned into utter disappointment and heart break. why? because all they shipped was an empty game box. No game inside. I called walmart and got a refund as they were unable to replace the item and i had to go elsewhere to get the game. its not the inconvenience of an issue with the product or having to go out and get it elsewhere (i live in a small town and stores with these games are almost 2 hours out). But what upsets me the most is that someone thought it was grand to ship the empty box to a chronically ill child and goes to sleep at night. again.. the shipping package was untampered so they packaged it EMPTY. Thats just terrible.

Kart It was wonderful - proactive, strong customer service, perfectly packaged and delivered quickly. Before they charged me for the guitar and shipped it, they contacted me to make sure I knew the guitar was blue. Because the Walmart website did not state the actual color, they wanted to be certain I was okay with that. I saw that it was blue in the picture on the Walmart website, so I knew that's what I was ordering; however, I thought it was very thoughtful of them to check with me. Very pleased with this seller, not only because of that experience, but also because the guitar shipped quickly and was perfectly packaged.

Product was great and had no issues with shipping.

Low quality. Color was different than the color shown in the ad. The packing and the product looked like they had previously been returned and repacked without proper inspection. For example: some tags (labels) were missing in some of the chair legs. When assembled, the chair legs look weird as they did not perfectly fit. On top of that, it was too expensive to return. It cost me about $176 for two chairs. The customer service was good and the return was fast.

Best controller for any fighting game. Map L, M, HP on top and Kicks on bottom, shoulders for block and run. It makes street fighter so much easier for me. Wish it worked with my Xbox but they make one for that I need to get soon. Better than the Sega version

Shipped the wrong item. Had me wait almost one month to tell me they sent the right item, despite sending pictures as proof. Told me to contact Walmart to ship back. Wasted my time! Stay clear of this company!
