Pistachio nut butter, imported from Italy, is the most luscious nut butter I’ve ever tried. It is a delightful treat on crackers, with celery or just on a spoon. It’s heavenly, I have even given it as a gift. It is so good I am glad more people haven’t heard about it because that leaves more for me.
