Shipping was a little slow., but arrived a bit ahead of expected date.The product itself is fine. However, I needed only the basic KardiaMobile which I ordered. -It was extremely difficult to set it up because of never -ending messages on website to upgrade to a more expensive Kardia device( which I do not want ). the process pauses for long periods and does not enable you to move through the process when you do not want to buy more expensive service , which is obnoxious.

The product is good for telling when no anomalies are detected in the EKG. But for me, when it detected an anomaly, it told me that I'd have to sign up for their $79 per year program for them to tell me what the anomaly was. It essence, "You've got something strange going on and for $79 we'll let you know what we found." It appears their fairly inexpensive product might be a loss-leader just to get people to sign up for their annual plan. If they were up front about that, I would be OK with it. But what they did is too similar to "bait and switch" for my liking.

This is a reputable product and the seller provided on-time service.

Absolutely unsatisfactory. Terrible experience. I need to return a defective unit and they are not helping at all. I will likely dispute this transaction with my credit card company. If anybody reads this, your help would be appreciated.

When my insurance company refused to replace my continuous loop heart monitor my doctor suggested this. So anytime I don’t feel well. I can take a reading and he has the exact information he needs.

Arrived much later than date promised when I purchased. Had I known that, I would not have ordered.

Not the best customer support. The gentleman i spoke with didnt sound very knowledgeable. He wasn't very helpful and was quick to dismiss my issues. He was basically like " Your phone is not compatible with the device, id return it.." He never even bothered to try anything or troubleshoot the device to get it working properly. Save your money.

Fast delivery. I actually paid a little more for it.

i didn't like the subscription to the kardia monitor.
