I destroyed my humidifier by using these. It clogs up the units...I have one box unopened and one that I used throw in trash...Substance on balls in squares leak out and destroy elements on warm %26 cold humidifiers. Poor!

This is the second humidifier I ordered from this company. I gave the first humidifier 5 stars because it is a great product. Today I received the second humidifier and guess what? The second one is a brand new product! I could tell by how the second one was more securely packaged. So be aware. My experience with this company is that sometimes you get a used product and sometimes you get a brand new product. go figure.
