After receiving this item, and returning it I came back to Walmart site to email the business for a clear understanding and after get a response from someone at this business I was shocked but not shocked that it was to be the plate only not the drum..but the misleading picture of the item with an already assembled drums make you think you are purchasing a drum...smh
