I have been making professional gift baskets for over 25 years. This year I didn't order enough pull bows for my gift baskets so I ordered these pull bows.
I frequently order from Walmart on all types of items, including supplies for my baskets and occasionally, rarely , have a problem with my order. Which Walmart has ALWAYS had been good about allowing a return on. Through out the year I order supplies for my gift baskets and store them until I am ready to use them. I frequently use the same suppliers year after year. Prices are better for some supplies during
the year depending on what they are and availability is always better if you don't wait until the last minute . I was hospitalized this year so my routine of ordering supplies before I need them was a little hectic for me. I simply did not order enough red pull bows . I have never had a real issue with a walmart item being so horrible I could not use it at all until this order. So I ordered the bows and when I got ready to use them. They were unusable. Every single bow , yes every single bow was missing some links , if you have never used pull bows before...they have clear links in-between each loop of the bow. When these are missing you cannot assemble the bow. Pull bows are so very beautiful and super easy to assemble... saving you hours potentially days in this step of making a beautiful basket...presentation is everything when selling something that is meant to impress you the moment you see it....I was looking for red pull bows that I could get in a hurry....I have not really ever had an experience like this with a product I purchased from Walmart being totally unusable. So I wasn't worried about it actually. When it was time to use them I simply could not use them AT ALL. I can make bows..it's very time consuming to make them.. to me pull bows are so impressive, beautiful and easy to use.. and if necessary remove and put back if you need to open the basket to adjust or add something. I take my time during the year to find quality supplies needed for my baskets..prices are better during certain months of the year depending on the item. . I am in the same location every year and rely on word of mouth and repeat business. I want Walmart to know these bows should not be available to their Walmart customers to order or purchase, and anyone else that that may need bows. These bows are total garbage...when you get an order of bows where EVERY SINGLE BOW ..could not be used was a huge problem for me..and they were also low quality.. I never assemble them until time to use them. Pull bows are large beautiful and delicate ... storing them to use later is not practical... sometimes depending on on the product you can tell that the item you purchased was not an ... oops this is an accidental manufacturing errors...it's total garbage all the way...I would not take them for free even ..I wish I could rate these bows...a big fat zero..
