Absolutely fantastic! The whole family enjoys this smart toilet. DeerValley smart toilets have every feature you could dream of at the most affordable price. Plus, I was very impressed with the customer service department when I had a small misunderstanding on my DIY installation.

The delivery instructions from Walmart stated to deliver to door. I received a notification that it was delivered and the photo showed that it was left in my driveway. When i returned home from work the package was not there. If it was delivered to the door it would have been seen by my doorbell camera. I assume it was stolen. I called walmart who put me in touch with Deer Valley, they wouldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed that neither walmart or deer valley wouldn't stand by its delivery policy to deliver to the door. I am out over $500.

Shipping and handling was excellent. The packaging was ell beyond expecting. Communications with the seller was excellent.
