Thanks so much for selling me a great product ! This element was in perfect condition when I got it, it only took me 7 min. to install it. I am 65 yrs old and alone in my house, I was skeptical about installing this item myself, but found a video on youtube.com to watch how to install it. EASY AND QUICK !!! I couldn't believe how easy it was to install this element. The element is working perfectly. The element that was with this stove had no feet on it and it was ruining the oven's surface and I needed to replace the element right away. This is a self-cleaning oven and after I installed the new element, I even self-cleaned the oven for 3 hours and the element worked perfectly. Again, thanks for such a great product and fast service !!
