I believe it would be helpful for you to provide more information about how to size the frame for your customer's canvas and make it more visible. For instance, you might say, if your canvas is 20" X 29" you will need __X__ size frame. I'm returning the one I got from you because it's too big. What size should I get? It's 20" X 29". Do you have one that will work? I might also suggest that you fit the frame to the canvas, not the buyer, i.e., a frame that's __ X __ will fit a canvas size from __ to__, that way you would have fewer returns. Put the onus on you to figure out the size, not the buyer. Also, incude the video link!. The instructions are ridiculously small.

I ordered wrong size. My fault. But I sent 2 emails inquiring what size I need so I can do an exchange instead of just returning items. Been over a week since I sent first email.Haven't recieved any response. Your fault!

It is just a plastic frame. There’s no back up, there’s no glass or plastic. It’s just a frame. No hooks attached to it so that it could be hung.

They did not include any paperwork or instructions for how to load canvas into this type of frame. Also I received someone else's order. It was addressed to me, so I opened it. I could not find any contact information for this merchant. The Post Office would not return to sender because it had been opened, I would have to pay for the return shipping. This lack of contact info or paperwork makes me a bit skeptical of this vendor
