My little guy is autistic and his OT recommended melatonin to help with his sleep patterns. Only problem is he is an extremely picky eater due to texture issues. There was no chance we could get him to take a chewable gummy or tablet. We found this product and have been using it for over a year now. We open the capsule and dump the powder in his milk. The powder is tasteless so he has no clue and within 20 mins of drinking it he is drowsy and ready for bed. It made our night time routine so much easier and now our little guy is getting the restful sleep he needs!
