Communicated timely, shipped the item quickly and the packaging was great. The tow ring itself had some minor blemishes and was somewhat dull in its finish than expected. The stalk that bolts on to the the vehicle was finished well. The product felt solid. Installation was easy. Will consider vendor products for my 2024 Nissan Z performance going forward.
