Ordering it and receiving it went as expected. However, the product did not do what I expected. I used two bottles. Put the first one in, waited 72 hours, and it wasn’t unplugged. So then I used the second one, and waited 36 hours and still nothing. Now I’m having to pay a septic service to come out.
