Mow The Lawn

Delivery was great, the package arrived 2 days earlier than expected, I was stoked to get out and mow. Unfortunately, the item is listed on the site as a 2-pack; including a corresponding photo of the wheels, and only one (1) loose wheel was shipped. Rather then shipping me an additional wheel or processing a partial credit to satisfy the order, Walmart wants me to box the one wheel up, drive to the closest physical location to return it...and then hope the next shipment comes as a proper 2-pack. I get that there's a process and the "system that won't let you do it that way", but nothing was damaged, it was just incomplete. It should be the seller's burden to correct the transaction when they are in error and not the other way around. Meanwhile, the grass stops growing for no one!! ;)

The belt went on just fine. Time will tell how it works, but after first mow, things are good 👍 This is the first time dealing with this seller, hopefully not the last. Contact me in late September to see if the belt is still doing it's job.

Vendor did not send a true GX22269 John Deere drive belt, which caused problems with the mower. John Deere packaging was used, but it was NOT a Jon Deere drive belt.

Poor packaging, the items were loss and chipped the paint off product. Would have returned if not needed urgently.
