I bought this for my son but it's an older model that wouldn't work with the Apple pencil. I returned it 2 weeks ago but I haven't received credit yet but that's because he didn't remove the I cloud before we returned it. I just had him remove this so we will see how quickly I receive my refund. Shipping was fast, return was easy and the condition was amazing... like new!

The product was still in good condition, and it came with an apple charging cord. It is professionally packaged and arrived on time. We were surprised how affordable westbend enterprises sold their refurbished tablets as well as the quality.
