It took a while for the product to arrive. I currently have this product and like it. It’s small and portable. It’s easy to charge. I like that it’s a simple device as I only want “white noise” and not the nature sounds. It’s easy to use.

the product was sent in a timely fashion, was boxed and packaged perfectly and, among many free return options, is an option to return to a WalMart store (bought on-line WalMart.com)...so apparently, they stand by their product

I disliked not knowing in advance, I would be wasting my time; making this purchase. It was so disappointing! Also hated the suggestion that I wait until the first unit is received, before they want to even send out the next one. Why do they make you wait to see????!?!?
