I did not have any direct communication with the seller to rate. Besides having a good product, the seller should have a faster shipping method as a standard practice. My product was delivered in 10 days through the holiday period.

Submitted the return and sent back the 3 bottles that I bought. I was sent an email that they will only refund 1 bottle instead of the 3 bottles that I returned. Now I cannot generate another return to get the full refund.

I disliked nothing of the kind with this product. It's a good idea to be informed of any product one uses and that has been my habit.
