My Bosch oven went out and after replacing the bottom element and the thermometer it still wasn't working. I used ChatGPT to troubleshoot and finally came to the conclusion that the electronic board needed to be replaced. I ordered the board ChatGPT said I needed for that model. I received an email from Parts Solution asking for the model number so they could verify I was getting the right part. When I gave them the model, they came back and said it was the wrong part and gave me the correct part number, along with a diagram so that I could verify this was indeed the part I needed. The new part came quickly and when we installed it, worked perfectly and fixed my issue. Parts Solution was very easy to work with and had they just filled the order as placed, I would have had the wrong part and spent time pulling the oven out of the wall to replace something that wouldn't work. They saved me that frustration and the replacement was smooth and easy (not something I'm used to!) I highly recommend Parts Solution for their excellent customer service. By the way, I don't typically write reviews but felt compelled to since their service went above and beyond in my opinion.

The Parts solution group which probably the best service I have ever seen online. Immediately after order, I got a request for the serial number to make sure it was the correct part. That is going above and beyond, but besides that as soon as I responded, they shipped it out fantastic service.

So we started off with getting the wrong item sent to us by mistake. (accidents happen) The person who talked to me on the phone was super helpful and polite and told me how to fix the issue through walmart and also helped me look up what parts I really needed as the part I ordered had changed number and he helped me find another part I needed as well.
