Items should match how they’re advertised. Sending a scratched, dirty product listed as “used like new” is unacceptable. Offering a $15 credit instead of a fair resolution shows poor customer service. Proper inspections, honest listings, and meaningful credits are the minimum. If you want repeat customers, take accountability and do better.

No communication with the seller, but the purchase and shipping went really well.

The iPod that was sent still had the activation lock enabled and could not use the iPod. I’m in the process of return this item to Walmart / Vitrol for a full refund.

Stolen items. I bought a "new" iPod from them. It came to me loose, not in any official packaging from Apple. It was already set up. So already, this is not a new item and you cannot mistake it for being new. Then I decide to overlook that and set it up as my backup using iTunes. Then I find a little "Remote Management" from Under Armor. Remote Management is something IT departments use to manage Apple products. The company in question being Under Armor. So this is an iPod owned by Under Armor. There's no way to bypass this remote management. So if I continued my setup, Under Armor, at any time, can notice this iPod is being used and decide to shut it down, effectively bricking the device. This could be the same I set it up or it could be months or years, all up to when the first IT guy notices something. I do not believe the seller when they tell me that this was a "mistake." Purely the fact that no one is mistaking an unboxed iPod as being "new" is reason enough to doubt this claim. Thankfully returning this was uncomplicated on Wal-Mart's part, but I have to wait to get my money back until the seller has the product back in-hand.

Seller was fabulous. My IPod was neatly secured and brand new. Thank you for gifting me with 256G in lieu of not having the blue IPod. Appreciate your generosity with the extra memory . Wonderful service and good customer communication.
