I've used this product for 1 month and found it to be quite satisfactory. Per the instructions, I took 2 capsules daily; it was as good as more expensive brands. It's well-tolerated and I experienced no side effects, so it appears to be quite gentle. I'm a male, and even though the formula is specifically for females, I had no issues. It worked every bit as good as any other pre-probiotic I've used in the past.
