The company sent part of the product. How are you suppose to use velcro if you have one section and not the other. I tried to contact the seller about the mistake, but they never responded.

I got wrong product. Ordered plastic caps for trampoline safety metal roads. Received part of safety metal road. Contacted customer service. But the issue is not resolved.
