Product worked well, came on time as estimated, and included all pieces needed (aside from tools). The reason I gave a 4-star instead of 5 is that the instructions could be confusing at times.

price was great , Products came very quick. A little different than factory so I had to mount different. But no problem, I've worked on cars for 40 years. The price was right so no complaints.

Received tracking information, item was received in a timely manner, item was exactly as described, and very well packaged with no damage to any items received.

I ordered, they processed and sent me a link to keep up with the shipping. My item arrived way faster than expected and to my home instead of my local Walmart.

It had a dent in the front when it arrived. Not sure how. We bent it out but a little paint was missing.

Send message to seller but no response! I purchased a skid plate for my 2019 Tesla Model 3. The skid plate they send comes in 2 pieces and you have to bolt them together. The pictures and the descriptions did not show that. The part fit but the skid plate they send is not the same part show on the pictures. It is supposed to be one complete unit. Did not return because I am going on a trip and no time to get another one. Just want to let other people know before they buy.

Why not put assembly and installation instructions?
