I received a working laptop (Macbook Pro operating system Big Sur) but I was not informed that it is end of life with Apple. I am unable to download apps because it is considered trash by Apple. Since I was having trouble getting apps I contacted Apple and they said it was essentially worthless. The seller did not divulge this information prior to the purchase I paid for this item approximately $320. I feel that the seller should at least refund some of this price.
