I very recently purchased this MacBook Pro computer from JVCOM and am very pleased both with the computer I received and the customer service this seller provided to me. The computer was in excellent, almost pristine, condition and far better than I feared it would be from making a purchase like this sight unseen. The only issue was, which was promptly resolved by the seller to my benefit, was that the computer they sent to me contained a smaller capacity internal SSD than what the description of it stated it had. On the upside, though, it contained a faster processor than advertised. This was not some bait-and-switch deal, but an honest mistake on the part of the seller. Because the internal SSD storage capacity was less than advertised, the seller made a very generous partial refund of the purchase to me. The seller also promptly and courteously responded to my emails. All things considered, I am very happy with this purchase and with the seller and have no qualms about highly recommending him to others who may be considering purchasing something from him.
