This says it was console only. Normally that means no controller, NOT no power cable, so my 37 year old mentally challenged nephew could'nt play his present on Christmas because it came with NO power cord. CHEAPO's! Due to holidays, he had to wait a few days to play. Do not recommend this company

we got the wrong power supply in the box and the disc drawer would not open

I was unable to load a disk in the console because the disk drawer would not open. Tried quite a few times and gave up frustrated. Two hours later I tried several more times and the drawer finally opened. I installed a golf game disk and will have to be satisfied playing just that disk.

Product came secured in packaging. The device works like it’s brand new.y 6 year old definitely loves it.

console worked for 1 day then picture was out ,HDMI wouldn't work

only thing that was wrong was plastic holder that is for the sensor bar for remote control
