Fantastic customer service. I had a small issue with the airflow sensor thinking that it may be defective and I contacted them through email. Quick response the next business day with detailed instructions on making sure the airflow sensor was properly located in the airstream. Turns out is was my fault with the location I chose, but all is good now. My only suggestion would be that the airflow sensor page be included in the rest of the instructions to make it an even more complete package.
