Timely delivery, Easy to use and support was helpful. I am a hearing disabled veteran, and I ordered another one, one for my business phone and one for home. I only use captions when I talk to people that speak in ranges and tones that I have difficulty with (1 call in 10) . The Audio to text is better than standard because each caption call is monitored and glaring errors in transcription are corrected. I bought 2 because of the superb Bluetooth capabilities. Great phone even without captions.
