II was sent the wrong item, but I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the correct item. They didn't want to send me the right item and just gave me the label to send the item back. I am waiting on a refund now. They were very nice about it, though.

I think it was the post office because they said they delivered to my mail box but it was full that day with 2 other delivery items plus mail. They did not try to leave it at my home directly across the street from the mailbox..
