As I said in the first review, the item was sent not in a box, but in a soft envelope that was way too tight and small for the item. When trying to carefully cut the package to get the item out of it (it was too tight to even tear the package) I accidentally cut the end of the tail off the dragon plush. That's no way to send a soft toy and especially one that can be a high-value collector's item.

Awful! I purchased what I thought was 2 4-packs of products (so 8 individual products) and only received 2 total. I contacted the seller, who informed me the "listing was changed" by another seller and they were only supposed to be 2 1-packs. Asked them to remedy the situation, as any seller should, by either refunding the order OR honoring the 2 4-pack posting, to which they said the only thing they would do is refund the order if I mailed the products back. But, their sales reps signed, in ink, the invoice showing two 4-packs were ordered, thus meaning they should honor that or refund the order without expecting the product back since it was wrong and not caught by 3 employees (3 different signatures). After teying to discuss, I haven't heard a single thing from them except the original email stating a refund would only come if I returned all the items. Poor customer service and poor communication!
