remote control was broken . not good will never deal with this person again

bought as a gift for my 84 yr old grandfather. it came earlier than i expected and brought a smile to his face

Shipped quickly , the product did not work as good as i expected. I contacted them , they asked a few questions , then told me to return the item. I would say they are a reputable co, My refund was credited to my credit card in a few days. I would deal with them again , if i have the chance.

Great people to work with. the first combro dvd recorder work great ,So i got a nother one for the shop, that one did not work do to shipping . I call them there sent me a call tag to return it. they sent me A nother one and that one work great, would buy from them again

Slow to ship but did arrive exactly when promised. Carefully packaged. I have not tested product yet.

The item advertised was correct and the item was packed very good and shipment was very fast. The only negative thing I could say was he had a piece of paper and it said: "We will NOT accept returns on NEW items if they are opened" well that is stupid as in this case it is a VCR Recorder and if you do not check to see that it works and if it doesn't then they have accept a return as they item is NOT working, or if there is missing parts. You would not know that until the box is opened. Other then that, in this case the item looks brand new and it runs perfect. I like the small gift of a AV to HDMI connector that was a nice surprise. Not good. Still waiting to hear from them. Remote does not work.
