Shipping was OK, no problems. The bulb does not have the brightness or sharpness as prior bulbs and since I use the lamp for close sewing, it was a waste of money since it does not put out the same amount of light even though it says it is the exact same bulb with the exact same specs.

We were told by FedEx that the light had been delivered, but it was not. We waited another week before the lamp arrived. The package was torn in several places; however, the lamp was not damaged. Thankfully, Walmart customer service helped to resolve the issue and the lamp arrived safely by UPS.

The only comment was tape on the shipping box wasn't very strong and split during shipping. The lamp was completely enclosed in the box and not damaged.

This is my second Ottlite./speaker combo. My first unit lasted 7 years, and only the speaker got wonky at the end. The LEDs are still going string. So I moved that to be a plant light and bought a replacement for my desk (with a working speaker).
