Stay away! Not Open Box. No box even given. Cameras were wrapped in bubble wrap and dumped in a plastic shipping bag. The charging cubes are not original Simplisafe products and had scratches. No directions on install or any Simplisafe paperwork. Here's what Open Box should be per Walmart: What is Open Box ? Excellent condition with no signs of usage and still in its original packaging or generic packaging. Packaging can be open or show signs of wear, but original accessories are included. Instructions are included for appropriate categories.

The seller scammed me out my refund! DO NOT BUY anything from them. I had returned the item to them in an unopened package, and they claimed that they never received the item.

The laptop was packaged with care and arrived sooner than expected

The computer arrived on time and in good shape, but it was loaded with bugs. It was super slow. I had to purchase multiple software to clean it up. It also had AnyDesk installed in the system. Which is worrisome, because Anydesk is used to control a device remotely. So, what if it was set up to steal my information?! I expected the device to be bug free.

They had to have pulled a switcheroo. The advertisement says that this laptop comes with a web cam which the version I received didn't. Also, this laptop has been severely damaged at some point beyond repair since the whole screen has a filmy blur that makes the screen hazy regardless of how much you adjust the brightness. The body of the laptop wasn't in bad shape but the fact that the screen has a blurry display issue is an indication that either the laptop was severely damaged at some point before it had been restored and then just pushed off for sale, or it's a possible screen image burn from in rare cases when a user leaves the screen lit for awful long periods of time. Regardless, because of the screen display issue, this laptop should have never passed refurbished standards. The fact that it didn't come with a web cam is clear that my order had been switched last minute, probably to a discontinued laptop that wasn't fit for sale due to the repair costs it would involve to be refurbished. The screen should have been completely replaced but some will save repair costs by pushing it off to a buyer who doesn't know much about computers. That's still bad for business.

i will never purchase from them again. Business was very unprofessional. I returned and item and when they received the item no reached out to me to inform me of the next steps that will br taking to correct the issue.
