The wrong items were sent. I ordered four sleeves of pods for the original nespresso. I received 3 sleeves of pods for the vertuo machine. So I can’t even use them.

Sent Vertuo pods instead of Original pods.These do not work in my Nespresso machine model. Never will. Because of emailed notice of shipping delay and wrong pods rec'd, am now totally out of coffee. Not good. Need my daily AM caffeine. Was told by customer service not to return??? and would issue refund. You want these pods? Send a call tag. Wasteful not to return
