Medication Therapy Management connects you to a health care provider who can answer any medication related questions and concerns you may have.

Services may include a Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR) or a Targeted Medication Review (TMR).

You may receive a letter from your insurance company letting you know you qualify for an MTM service.

Save money by discussing possible lower cost alternatives or by evaluating if any of your medications should/could be discontinued

Gather all of your prescriptions & over-the-counter medications to make it easy to go over each one with the pharmacist. If you have the paperwork available, we can explain your lab results as well as any other health identifiers & indicators, such as your blood pressure or A1C. We are here to help you understand your goals for healthier living.

We provide our MTM services over the phone, so you can talk to us from the convenience and privacy of your home.
