Plush and marshmallow-type stuffed toys are a little different from one another. A plush toy is a classic stuffed animal. A marshmallow-type of stuffed toy is softer and squishier than a plush toy. The squishy marshmallow stuffing inside is polyester fiber spun to be softer than any other type of filling. A marshmallow-type stuffed toy can even be flattened out for traveling and it will pop back into its natural cuddly shape as soon as it’s unpacked.

How do you wash a marshmallow-type of stuffed animal?

marshmallow-type are easy to wash. Pop it into your washing machine with your favorite detergent and choose a gentle cycle with cool water. Avoid hot water or it may damage the marshmallow-type filling and fabric. To better protect it when you wash it, you can also put it in a mesh laundry bag or a pillowcase. Always air-dry a marshmallow-type of toy and never put it in the dryer which can be damaging. To air-dry, clip the toy to a clothesline or rack using clothespins.
