Took to long and I had only one track update, after emails to Walmart help line it finally arrived which was like three weeks later. I ordered it on July 17, so it shipped out on July 18, received it around September 3rd week.

- 1 out of 5 stars review12/15/2023Full on 0 Received the chase part with the back completely cracked! Ben emailing both Walmart.com and Homesquare for two weeks. The company has completely ignored my request for a box to ship it back. They finally answered Walmart telling me to buy my own box, at my expense. They never answer the phone and they sent Fed Ex to pick it up with no box, and no communication with me about getting the replacement. Of course Fed Ex didn’t take it. So know I’m stuck with a broken too small to begin with sectional in the middle of my hall right before the holidays. If they sent me the replacement I could’ve used the same box to send the broken one. So what to do! I filed a complaint with BBB and talking to my bank to try and reverse the charges. I h...Cari
- 4 out of 5 stars review12/08/2023Its a cheaply made mattress you can feel the Springs on the bottom layer. Supposed to be firm but it feels like you sink on it. However my back doesnt Hurt (yet) so I suppose its doing the job, will be happy if corners will ever be normal so far its not looking great. Oh and it also feels very hot.CoolestMom33
- 1 out of 5 stars review12/07/2023The company is very difficult to deal with in that they don't answer their phones. I left 3 messages and no response. I finally emailed them, it took several days to get a response. After sending them pictures and the required info, I've gotten no response. Now they are telling me to deal with Walmart directly even though Walmart's website requires a return shipping code (which I never received from Cymax after almost 3 weeks of inquiry). My item arrived broken and now the return process is such a hassle. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!Ima
- 1 out of 5 stars review12/07/2023I'm disabled. You won't allow Fedex to come pickup my order tk be returned (the order is spraying toxic large chunks of beading everywhere). I can't be around a lot of people and I can't drive to the facilities you want me too. It's a huge hassle to return an item that shouldn't have been sold to me in the first place.Katy

Assembly service person came 2 hours prior to an appointment without any notification and after that I ask them to be there at actual time. No one showed up.Priya

Spent almost $300 on the table and had to spend over $300 for two sets of chairs (tablet cones with two). It is a nice table set. Picture is very misleading if you’re just browsing through stuff online. I would suggest read the description and reviews!Tierra

Returned filing cabinet to Walmart on Plant Avenue, Waycross, GA 10/9/2023. Received the same box, left in my driveway, on 10/12/23 with damage to box and top open. - 5 out of 5 stars review09/12/2023Delivery was 5 days earlier than originally stated. Tables arrived very well packed - one box had a damaged corner but the tables were in pristine condition. Be sure to check the content of the tables before ordering. There are several of this particular style at different prices - if you want solid oak, make sure the description states solid oak - not just solid wood.DD
