Took to long and I had only one track update, after emails to Walmart help line it finally arrived which was like three weeks later. I ordered it on July 17, so it shipped out on July 18, received it around September 3rd week.

- 5 out of 5 stars review10/20/2023I live in a 1 br 1 bath condo and this tree is perfect because it fits with out taking up too much room. It is not short and flimsy. I like the fullness of the tree and realistic look of the greenery. I look forward to many Christmas with this tree.Arthur

- 5 out of 5 stars review01/23/2024nothing negative about Cymax. package was packed fine although there was a big hole in the box. luckily it didn't damage the table. FedEx tracking sucks though. told me estimated delivery day then they told me it was coming early i sat home waited for it h it never showed up then got notification it was delayed. didn't even get notification on the day it came. I only knew it was coming based on logging into the website. this isn't the only time this has happened with FedEx with me or other people I know. FedEx driver was very nice though.Gloria

They took forever to deliver a mismatched item and then they keep asking for obscure information to drag the process out. It was their fault. I usually never write reviews but with this company you need to steer clear they will take your money and run.Tina
