The whole reason I bought this is because it's unscented. I think it's better for a cat not to have fragrance in their litter, since it's literally a few inches from their nose. This was one of the only unscented litters I could find.

After sevaral weeks, I noticed the room was stinking. I thought it was the cat that likes to use anything but the litter box. Turned out the litter wasn't so good. I am now able to get my regular kind, and the stink went away.

The wife thought Multi-Cat would be better for odor control. It's not. It doesn't clump well - quite often the pee clumps broke apart and just spread the peed on litter around. Also, the pee clumps stick to stuff, like wet mud. Made it very difficult to use our scoopers. Will not ever purchase this product again.

It makes it easier to keep the litter clean and never stinky even though it's unscented. I just always make sure that it's 4 to 5 inches deep and lift the boxes enough to see the clumps and poops and scoop them out. 😊

They tend to spray and pee, and that also stinks and my males do that a lot in their litter boxes. The Armen Hammer multi cat litter, absolutely help her removed and minimize that smell aside from adding additional baking soda and plugging in the surrounding areas keeping it clean two times a day, etc. this product overall is a good product and I would highly recommend for multiple cats.

It didn't hold moisture well, which caused an odor it DID NOT control. I have 1 box and 2 cats. I purchased this litter when the usual options I went with were out of stock. I typically clean out the litter box every other day with no issues at all. this was very disappointing.
