it says 11" from floor to top of the frame, but it looks like everything just sits on the floor.

Instructions

This was delivered very early and was well packaged, it came double boxed. I put it together myself in about 4 hours. I could have done it quicker but there are several steps where the instructions are unclear because its just pictures. 

When you attach the lifting portion to the rest of the frame and secure the pistons, you will think the bed is broken or stuck because it will not lower. At this point, put the mattress on top, yes at that awkward angle, and you will be able to lower the platform.

On Walmart.com it says this doesn't need a box spring but the Zinus website says it does need one.  The Full size is very low to the ground and when you only use the mattress it's not supportive enough, the mattress sinks. Luckily I kept my own box spring and used that, the pistons can easily handle it and the package comes with a stick rest to secure the lifting platform when it is open.
Zinus offers several height sizes of box springs that would work with this bed,  the headboard is not very tall so don't order the standard height one. For the sake of your back consider buying one. 
I was a little surprised at the storage space in the Full version, its not that high.  I was able to fit a lot in it but I really thought the storage space was taller, you can't fit standard sized plastic storage bins under it, that's just for the Queen version.

Overall, it was packaged well and was not missing any parts. It serves the purpose I bought it for and was cheaper than the one I originally looked at, also this has all metal support bars which solidified my decision to purchase. All the other versions I looked at had wooden supports which some people said broke easily. Imagine taking all that time to put this together only have the wood slats break within weeks.

Works very well but low, buy their box spring

Assembly took a while for just one person, but very worth it.  I love the storage! I was concerned about how stirdy it would be, but it seems to be rock solid.  
I'm downsizing and need extra storage wherever I can get it!

I was super skeptical about buying this bed frame because it only had one review but I took a chance on it. Putting it together was a real hassle because there are only picture directions but luckily I had some help. Lifting the bed up and down actually turned out to be super easy! This definitely help me have extra storage and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs more space.

Very happy with my purchase.. Fairly easy to put together,  all tools were provided.  Was at my house within 5 days.  It came in a box, inside of a box.  It does sit low to the ground (as described in the description of this item),  but perfect to get out of bed with ease.  Then again,  I use to have a box spring under the mattress.   The storage area is as described, but enough for what I wanted it for. Again,  I'm a happy customer.  😊

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The directions are a little vague, but look in detail at the drawings and it’s no problem. When testing the hydraulics, you need the mattress to be on top of the frame for the hydraulics to work.

When I ordered for this I seen the measurements differently. The hight of storage space was 18 inches. It’s advertised as 34 inches and when I finally put this together I could barely fit a comforter under the bed. There is no space under this bed unless you were putting away extra blankets and pillows. No container that’s advertised in the photos will fit under this bed. Not to mention the fact bed doesn’t even open or close right. I try to open with only my bed on it and it’s very heavy and feels almost stuck. It moved a little then stops at 4 inches. Then many of the pre-screwed screws are not very long so as of right now I have 5 screws that are not entirely into the boards. And to add to all of my rant, This literally took me 6 hours to put together.
