Best electric grill ever. Beautifully designed. Performs very close to a gas grill. Being in a condo we can only have electric and this one does the trick.

Our Condo Association recently banned Gas Grills.  Being a long time Weber customer I looked there first.  After grilling 3 T-Bone stakes I can safely report that there is a slight difference.

As good as Gas

Once I was resigned to only being able to have an electric grill (it's all my building will allow), I started researching options. I am so glad I found this Weber! The Pulse 2000 is perfect for me. It is easy to move w/ the wheeled cart, easy to clean & food tastes great.

Weber grills 

No accessories available in the U.S. Short range for grill contact. Some difficulty understanding use directions- a video would be helpful. Contacted support but questions were never answered. App needs work. Grill itself seems to work fine.

No accessories/videos in U.S./Can. App needs work

The fire protection rules of my building forced me to buy an electric grill. All doubts in this technology have been confirmed!!! It does not heat up as a charcoal or a gas grill and the result is at best ok but not great. The technology to make every receipt a success is not very reliable and as the lid has to be closed at all times (see above heating issue) it is difficult to measure the progress.

This is NOT a real grill replacement!!!

I wanted to love it, this is an expensive electric grill. The only grill I can have at our apartment. It does not hold heat. I can not make smash burgers, I can't make much. It only works in the summer when it's 90 degrees out. If you need to keep it open - not a chance. It's been four months and I hate it. It gives me anxiety with how much money it is. Today we got an error 4 notice. I use this expensive grill to meal prep chicken once a week. Don't waste your money. It won't keep the heat and you can't get the grill and flavors you want.

I wanted to love it

The grill does not work. Anybody is taking care or calling. Weber told that they will call me in two business days. Still waiting. I regret my purchase and the lack of ownership to fix it

Bad experience

I hope to love this grill. However, as many reviewers have mentioned, our grill error's out. We are waiting on a replacement part and remain hopeful. Quality control should be checking these units before shipping them.

Defective Parts

Has not worked from day 1.  Controller is bad and replacement is on back order with no date in sight
