[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a small vacuum on another floor and I saw this… it does and incredibly good job, great suction, lightweight and handy tools. This is the best cordless vacuum I've ever used or seen!!it is extremely great if you have dogs or cats that shed a lot.Helps me so much with making sure I get all the hair off the floor instead of just pushing it around with the broom. Would Highly Recommended

Great Purchase

This is a good vacuum. The light is amazing for seeing under the bed or cabinets. The only problems is that it needs the filter cleaned after every use.

It's easy to put together. I used it to vacuum 3 rooms and then it needed a charge. Not too bad. Everytime I use it I just charge it so it's ready when I need it again. It comes with a wall holder, lol, I don't remember the actual name of it, but it works. For the price I paid it's ok, it does what it's suppose to do. I can clean the floor boards without bending over. I can clean in between the couch cushions and vacuum under the couch because it's slim enough to do so. It would be perfect if it sucked stronger, but again, it does the job.

Does the job

i will be returning the item, and I didnt even order this. walmart charged this item on my card which was way more expensive than the original item. We still tried using it and the filter already needs to be changed. it won't stay charged and am very upset they could not come pick it up after it was delivered.

wasnt what i asked for

Have had this vacuum for about 6 months , it will turn on and completely shut off on its own after about 2 seconds I have charged it time and time again cleaned all filters made sure nothing was stuck and still shuts off , called customer service and they had me send a ton of videos and still won't refund my money nor send a new one DO NOT RECOMMEND going with shark this time around

purchased November 2023. will not hold charge or even turn the motor with a partial charge - as of April fool's Day 2024. 
Bought same one for a family member same time.
They have a house, I have a one bedroom apartment. I charge the battery  blue light will go out and then switch the motor on and it makes one groaning noise and stops. And the blue light blinks as if there were no charge. 
I used it less than once a week for the past 6 months. Seems well built/ attachments work well.
Suction was less than desired.

Lasted 6 months -not a good vacuum

DO NOT TRUST THE INCENTIVIZED REVIEWS THIS IS HORRIBLE! I don't know how it's possible but trust the people telling you every product Tineco makes will stop working and they pay their customer service to extensively give you the run around! I spent so much time trying to resolve our issue and it's just countless emails and time on the phone. The bottom like is the will not back their product's warranty and therefore Walmart should consider removing the brand from their shelves immediately if they have their customer's best interest in mind. Ours now sits in the box in the garage after giving up on getting a replacement.

WALMART SHOULD PULL THE BRAND FROM THEIR SHELVES!!

This vacuum if you purchase it every single time you use it you will need to cut the hair that your vacuum has sucked up off your carpets or your floors or your tile or anything like that because it does not clean the brush it does not suck it up off the brush it literally tangles it every single time you use it. I have had this vacuum for a week and it is the worst purchase I have ever purchased in my entire life. And if you try to contact customer service for a refund or return policy good luck on that because their customer service sucksif you call the 1- 800 number you need to press the number one every 90 seconds otherwise you will be hung up on their live chat is not actually live chat is it it is a bot, their email service good luck and trying to get somebody to email you back to contact you and find out what the problem is and their chat service literally told me that there's nothing they can do for a refund because it is not their product, they are a wholesaler even though it's the tineco website contacting customer service so think about it before you actually buy it.
