I really like this cast iron skillet. I think it's very well made and the color is beautiful!.  I've been wanting to get a cast iron  skillet for a while but didn't want deal with the whole proper cleaning and seasoning of the  regular cast iron.  The enamel  on this one makes cleaning up so much easier. I recommend this skillet to anyone who's considering buying it. Plus the price is great for what you are getting!.

Great purchase!

I bought this to replace our worn out non-stick skillet, because my husband really likes cast iron for making breakfast but we have a glass top stove.  He does not like it at all, because he can't scrape it with the metal flipper and the eggs sick.  However, I have been using it almost everyday instead of our stainless steel pan. And I love it. For starters, it sticks way less than the stainless and is far easier to clean. It also hays up slower with a more gentle even heat that helps me not burn things. So, it doesn't do what I hoped, but I'm so glad I bought it. It is great for everything but eggs. And it's pretty ;)

I am slowly switching over from non-stick to cast iron because of the even cooking and the Pioneer Woman Enamel Cast Iron 12" skillet is AWESOME! The size is OUTSTANDING (huge!) and the helper handle on the other side of the pan is perfect when moving it around. I cook everything I can in it. I'm waiting for the 10" to restock and I'm buying that!

Best. Skillet. Ever.

After receiving PW Dutch oven I was so surprised at the quality of the enamel. Being hesitant to purchase the skillet because of the negative reviews ,but after being so happy with her DO I decided to buy it. I'm glad I did :) It is large and heavy but I like that. Much heavier than I expected so I'm glad for the helper handle. Like her DO it also has her logo embossed on the bottom. I always heat it no higher than medium but usually around med/low-ish with no issues. I've made fried eggs in it and they come out perfect every time. I do have a little bit of sticking but it doesn't bother me too much considering this pan is so easy to clean. A short soak and everything washes away. I thought I'd give the pan a real test of durability/quality and baked some chicken in it. Not just any chicken but my favorite baked teriyaki chicken from Allrecipes (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/9023/baked-teriyaki-chicken/?internalSource=hub%20recipe&referringContentType=search%20results&clickId=cardslot%202) *delish*. It has it's own glaze with gets quite sticky or carmalizes to the point of burning. After all was done I thought I what did I do??? either I ruined my pan, it's going to stain or be near impossible to clean without ruining the enamel. Hahaha. A soak in nice hot water and this looks new again. So, so, so, so happy with this pan!!  I couldn't be happier... The quality is great, cleanup is easy, pretty to look at, and it does awesome cooking on the stove or in the oven. So impressed with her enameled cast iron I just may purchase more(even though I'm far from needing any more) hehehe. I've posted photos after cleanup.

Amazing skillet

It is vary beautiful will be using to cook obviously so far I had no chips I been using 5 times now I only put low to medium temperature ur not suppose to put any enamel cookware on high temperature bec it will chip an get crazing lines

New pan

Bought this skillet for my daughter, who wanted an iron skillet family sized ,(family of 5 ), & she loves it !!  The ceramic finish over the iron is ideal, you get the even & holding heat of the iron & the easy clean & protection from the iron in the ceramic coating !! I bought a 10" for my self .

It's like the phrase beauty is skin deep!! 
This is very heavy- love that. Love the inside of it. Would rather have this entire set IF IT DIDNT STICK...  I'm seriously not kidding when I say I had to set this outside to soak in vinegar to get the potatos @ onions out.  I did everything right. I've only used once for cooking meat, coated the skillet with spray & let the meat cook on low/med with the lid off the large skillet from the other set. The tenderloin fell off the bone. However, I wasn't in a hurry, I just let them simmer. What I'm saying is avoid if your cooking something like eggs or sausage, something you need on the spot. Sure is pretty to look at tho!

The pan was given to me as a Christmas present.  I folower the instructions for cooking with the fry pan and the food stuck.  The pan will not clean leaving a brown looking film on the bottom that won't come off.
