Still waiting for the top up to come through but it never happened. No option to cancel either. Not sure what's going on

In the past it would take no more than half an hour for the money to be added to my prepaid account. This time around it took 16 hours.  Last month when I tried to do this same thing, Walmart's online system wanted to charge me a shipping fee for a digital transaction. Their customer service rep had no idea how to explain this and kept insisting that anything less than $35 incurs the shipping fee, but when I tried to buy a different amount which was still less than $35, it went through with no shipping fee.  When it works, it's fine, but be prepared to deal with some of these headaches.

Extremely long processing time and other glitches

Horrible service missed work missed picking my children up this is the worse bad customer service reps have cost me 283$ days wages as well 68$ to pay my bill when I had a 25$ gift card this is horrible
