Quick and easy. Much more convenient than trying to pay my bill through the T-Mobile website.

My card couldn't work on the tmobile site, but this saved me! after 15 minutes the refill automatically loaded on my line.

Good Topup

Used to buy these before I got a US debit card because T-Mobile wouldn't take the my international debit card (but Walmart and Amazon always do). Glad this is an option for people in that situation. Why I knocked off a star: 

Prepaid cards are not always in the amount needed; would be great if you could just specify the exact amount you want to buy. Finding one that's in the ballpark is sometimes a hassle. The confirmation email/text and/or delivery to my T-Mobile account were/was often delayed, sometimes by a half hour or more. Makes you worry that your money is lost in the ether.

Still a great option if you're having trouble loading your account. Hope T-Mobile keeps it around.

Glitches, but a good option for paying your bill

Waste of time purchasing the refill card as it is not working and always say "The refill card or activation code has already been redeemed. Please check your entry and try again."

I've been buying these prepaid digital direct top offs for the last few months, and I was always pleased how fast and easy it was to just top off my phone without dealing with T-Mobile. Well, last month for a $30 digital delivery card I was going to be charged a $6.99 shipping fee. I kept emptying my cart and trying again and each time I got the same result. Keep in mind this is a “digital delivery top off” and the system wanted to charge me a shipping fee. I called the customer service and after spending over half an hour with her I was told anything less than $35 will incur a shipping fee. Again no physical merchandise was being shipped to me, and I was going to be charged a shipping fee. As it turns out that glitch only affected the $30 card, so when I tried the $25 amount it went through just fine.  This also tells you how educated their customer service representatives are when they get a call to troubleshoot these types of issues.

Last night I went to buy another top off digital card, and everything seem to work just fine. The problem is my account didn't get topped off until around 16 hours later. The entire time I'm wondering if I did something wrong or put in an incorrect phone number or something else. In the past it would take no more than a half an hour to top off the account, and now I suppose 16 hours is the norm. I was at Walmart earlier today, and I went to the customer Service representative desk and that lady was no help at all and even gave me an attitude. She just told me I had to call the online customer service because it was an online order.  

All these hassles are just unnecessary to add money to a prepaid account. I'm not sure why these things keep happening, but at this point I'm leaning more toward just doing my business with T-Mobile directly until Wal Mart can figure out how to improve the service back to what it used to be.

Where do I start?

It says information is sent to email right after purchase, but I had to wait hours to receive it. Even the direct top off takes a while, it took about an hour. You're probably better off purchasing it directly from T-Mobile

I don't recommend purchasing it online digitally.
