Yes,it will help u move around. It's protecting ur incision. Very soft texture. I always wear it. I just had my csection last Tuesday and my tummy is almost back to its original size hahaha

According to the package it states to wear the band OVER your underwear if you have stitches/staples from a C-section, but i would ask your OB/GYN how long after a C-section it should be worn.

I would suggest a small, if you get one at all. Mine was huge and I ordered a small.

No. It doesn't provide any support. It's flimsy.....you are better off with the belly bandit.

Overall, this belly band is much more comfortable to wear overnight then its competitors. I will definitely use this after each pregnancy. However, please note the velcro should be completely covered so not to catch on to your bra or shirts and cause any damage. I wished I had known this prior. If you're going to buy a belly band, I would definitely get this one and not the the Belly Bandit.

Better Than Other Bands

Just had my first baby via unexpected c-section one week ago so I've only been wearing the band since I got home from the hospital about 4 days now but I can definitely tell I'm shrinking back to normal and shrinking fast...but then again, I have nothing to compare it to since this is my first baby.

I got the band because I felt I was doing all this prep getting ready for the baby, it made sense to do something to help ME with my recovery post pregnancy. The band is comfy and easy to wear all day/night. It has 2 strips of velcro about 2 inches or so apart. I wear a size 6 normally so I ordered the S/M and the first day, the band barely fit but 4 days in, I'm about half way to the 2nd strip and only have a little bump now.

For the money, it's definitely worth looking into if you're looking for something to help speed up your recovery.

I'm shrinking!

Postpartum support band really works well if you can start using as early as you can. I started little late but still not too late. Very comfortable support band.

Very nice support band

I ordered size Medium and it worked great. After I delivered my daughter I still looked 6 months pregnant the day after. I used this band for a month and it definitely helped in bring my tummy down significantly. I was going to order the small but was glad i stuck to the size medium. I am typically a size 4-5.

A MUST HAVE after delivering a baby!

This is a decent product. It feels good to wear the belt and it gives good support to the back and belly. It is good to wear when we are not doing any work and sitting relaxed. When there is work to be done, this belt gets in the way because it keeps slipping out from its place and it needs to be rolled back up.

Mixed Experience

I bought a L/XL because I wear a large shirt. It secures easily over the belly, but does rise. I should have gotten a MED. because a week and a half after having my son it no longer fits. /:

Good for the price

I started wearing this belt 2 days after my delivery and it helped a lot. It provides the necessary support while walking. It rolls up a bit and I had to pull it couple of times. But for the price it's a good product.

Good product for the price

I bought this product to use after giving birth. The band is flimsy and offers no support. I will definitely be returning it. I had high hopes since its a Medela product but its a cheaply made spandex band that is falsely advertised. Do not buy!!!!!

Horrible Product

This belt says that it offers support for post-partum mothers. I got no support at all. I ordered a small and it didn't fit even at the smallest fastening. Even when I adjusted it to fit my waist (the velcro stuck to the belt itself), it kept riding up. I would never buy this again. I'm going with an Ace bandage. I know that'll fit.

No support at all

I purchased this item hoping to get some support for my belly after having a c-section but it's not doing it's job. It's too slippery, it never stays in place. I got tired of pulling it down every time it rolls up. And to top it off it's too bulky to wear under clothes to go out with.
