This is a good shower liner. The one I have is clear and medium thickness. It hangs well from my shower curtain rod. It comes with steel washers along the top of the liner to provide long life. Also it has magnets along the bottom to stick to your bathtub to keep it in place neatly. This is a quality made product and I'm expecting a long life from it. I'm rating this product with five stars.

Nice Shower Liner

I really like this shower curtain. It doesn't feel or look like some "cheap plastic" liners. It is not super stiff, making it much easier to handle/hang.
It was a bit darker than I expected, but I really like the dark gray. 
It was nice and long, and a bit wider than my outer curtain. As you can see in the pics, it comes a bit above my outer curtain, and is a bit wider, allowing for good coverage. No water got out of my tub/shower with it pulled fully closed.
It has an additional strip behind the hanger slots for additional strength and stability, making it very sturdy and able to handle accidental pulls.
I highly recommend this shower curtain.

Good quality, looks great

This Mainstays medium weight shower liner is made of 100% PEVA and has three strong magnets to anchor it to the places in your tub or shower where you need to prevent the water from leaking. The magnets are perfectly located and work very well. The shower curtain is the perfect length for our tub, hangs well, and clings to the tub, not your body. The water drains off it, dries quickly, and does not spot.

Shower Liner

I was given the opportunity to use and review the clear Mainstays Shower Liner. This shower liner has a medium thickness and is easy to clean with a damp cloth. There are 3 magnets attached to the bottom to help keep the shower liner in place. And there is a reinforced top hem with 12 metal grommets for easy hanging on whatever hooks you choose to use. I do suggest that the hooks are not too large because you might push out one of the metal grommets – which I did. 

I did not think of this but my sister often buys the Mainstays Shower Liner in clear with the medium thickness. I am currently living with her and found that I really like the clear with the medium thickness. I feel that the medium thickness helps keep the liner in place and does not easily tear (at least I have not seen one of these tear). The clear is really nice because it brings in the brightness through the high window behind it. {And if you look closely at the pictures, you will see that the bathroom is not completed yet but will this summer, after the kitchen is remodeled.} 

The Mainstays Shower Liners in the medium thickness is inexpensive and well worth it because we use one for several months before replacing it. So whether you prefer to use this shower liner by itself or behind a shower curtain, this is well worth having.

Low Cost & Long Lasting

The product was overall very satisfactory. The thickness of the curtain is perfect. The magnets help to keep from getting mildew built up, which makes it last longer! I would 10/10 recommend it to a friend!!

Shower liner

The shower liner came in on time and is pretty heavy for the a shower curtian liner, it has reinforced ring hooks and they put seem pretty sturdy. Are use this behind a fabric liner that is colorful, so you really won't see this liner much at all I just needed to keep water from coming out of the shower. I do like the fact that it's totally clear I don't like the fabric liners as they make the shower curtain curtain lighter or darker in areas, So this works well it does have magnetic magnets in the bottom to stick to your tub however my tub is a plastic, so it's really no use however I guess they're a little bit heavy so they hang straight.

Reinforcement for hooks

Am I the only one who thought the shower curtain would line up with the liner? Are tub liners not a standard size? This size only had 9 grommets. The "standard" shower curtain was 63x74 and had 12 holes for the shower ring, which came in a pack of 12. I paid $9 and some change. I could have gotten a wider one without grommets at the "dollar and a quarter" store. Shrinkflation?

Shrinkflation or Poor QC?

This is day three- and this liner is annoying.  It won't lie down and hang like in the item picture.  When I push the curtain closed, the liner rises above the edge of the tub, so I have to constantly adjust it. The one in our other bathroom has been hanging for weeks and it's still stiff.  It will have to be replaced.

Too stiff and won't hang properly

My curtain rod is installed pretty high and cannot be moved. This liner is barely 71 inches if lucky. The magnets are placed four inches above the bottom of the liner and are too high to touch my tub, so this curtain is pointless. I will use it in front of my Mainstays 73 inch fabric liner as additional protection. For a "medium weight" curtain, it's really lightweight.

Too Short, Poor Magnet Placement

Make sure you measure a couple inches below the rings you use with your curtain rod, to see how long you need your shower curtain to be. My shower rod is in a permanent location, based on the last shower liner I had. But this shower liner is just shy of 71 inches long. A fact that surprised me, since the first time I measured it, it was 60 inches long. Because of the many folds in the material, inches of the material were taken away. It was much shorter when I first hung my shower liner earlier, and I was very perturbed. But even though it has relaxed a little, it still has creases and it is still an inadequate length to prevent water spill. It is waterproof, but that is worthless if the liner doesn't fall on the inside of the shower or tub's foundation. Most of the time it is resting on the outside and top of the shower's foundational wall. Therefore, you can't assume that all liners will be the same. I wish I had realized this before I threw away my old one. There is a little puddle on the floor, every time I take a shower. On another note, I didn't ever pay attention to the material used to make shower curtains, and I didn't know that the manufacturers changed the formula, in order to make it safer. One might think, big whopping deal that it's made from a non-chlorinated vinyl and has become the material that most manufacturers choose, to replace the chlorinated vinyl they used to use for various products, including shower curtains. I was feeling that myself, until I remembered how often my cats like to play with the shower curtain. It does a good job repelling the water. I can't fault it for that. But it is still fairly worthless to me. Maybe if there weren't so many creases in this plastic-feeling liner, it might make a slight improvement in length, but I've had the liner hanging up for days, and there are still, many creases in it, and it is still too short.
