This is the 3rd COMPLETE Airflow i purchased. I began to use the first one when my daughter was 3 months and she is 12 M now. It is a life saver! If the baby woke up during the night, just wear her and she will fall asleep quickly. If the baby doesn't like the stroller, just wear her and she will love it after getting use to it. I purchased the second one for Dad to wear her and maybe for our second baby. And i also gifted an Airflow to my brother for his newborn.

Pros:
1. Great back support. Never feel tired.
2. Breathable and not hot in summer.
3. No insert needed for a newborn.
4. 6 positions.

Cons:
When the baby grows, you should keep the wide seat if she is facing in, and change it to narrow seat if she is facing out. It is not that convenient.

I am so happy a Lillebaby ad "poped" on my computer. I quickly researched and decided it was a good fit for us. I have had it for about three weeks now and it is such a practical tool. My baby loves it. She is close to me and quickly falls asleep. We are now visiting family in Puerto Rico and I can say this carrier is tropical weather approved. Definitely worth the buy. I have other carriers, but they are not as breatheable as the Airflow. We are completly satisfied with out purchase.

Comfy, Fresh, Great buy!

I bought this this airflow complete to use in the summer months and it has been great for both my and my daughter!  We enjoyed a full weekend away and walked to a Cincinnati Reds game and it was 85 degrees and no sweaty belly or back thanks to my new airflow!

Comfy and Cool!

I had actually bought a couple of carriers, slings, wraps, etc. and this one was THE one I was looking for.  Very comfortable and the fact that it came with the ability to carry our little guy from newborn size without an insert was pretty nice.  Those inserts can get pretty hot.  The airflows are pretty breathable, though he/we does still sweat, but I will say it's an improvement.  We have been able to do long walks too, which with the bjorn, wasn't really doable.  I loved the color too and was able to find one that the guy was good with wearing that wasn't black, which honestly, that color isn't cutting it with heat.  I haven't tried it yet in cold weather, but I don't really feel like it's going to be an issue.  Great product!

Game changer :)

We just added an Airflow to our Lille collection and it's absolutely amazing. My little guy runs super hot and we hadn't been able to enjoy our walks until we received our Airflow. This awesome carrier let me do all day at the Go Pro Games in 85 degree weather without my little guy (or myself) overheating. It's also a life saver around the house when he doesn't want to be put down and I need to get some stuff done (*cough cough laundry*). We now own the Lillebaby Complete Airflow & a Lillebaby Complete Original, I guess I just need to pick what Lillebaby I want next!

So breathable!

I've used quite a few soft structured carriers and by far this one is my favorite. I took it when my family traveled to Greece and it was amazing in the hot climate. Baby didn't overheat and neither did I. The straps are so comfortable and the back support is amazing. I will say there were times I felt my 11 month old was a little off with where his hips would position with the forward carry, but he never complained once.

Amazing for traveling

I bought this in hopes that my baby who has screamed in other carries would like it. I also have had back surgeries twice and all other carriers caused my back to throb. My 3 month old love this carrier and so do I. Other carriers she would get so hot and sweaty. The mesh on this carrier allows more air flow and keeps my daughter and myself cool. My daughter is much more comfortable in this carrier. She fussed for just a few minutes and the fell fast asleep. I love the ability to extend the back piece to support my babies neck while sleeping. 

My back loves this carrier as well. I havn't experienced any back pain while wearing my 15lb daughter in the carrier in front position. The back support piece provides so much more support to my lower back. This carrier is the most comfortable carrier I have ever worn. Others bothered my shoulders, even though they had padding. The straps don't bother me at all. Also this is adjustable in so many places making the fit so much better. 

The pattern on this is very cute. The mesh is a light gray with the straps and bottom being a gray rose pattern. I love this carrier and am so glad I took the risk to make such an expensive purchase without knowing if my daughter would like it.

So comfortable

I first tried this carrier in a Mommy and me Pilates class and first thing I noticed...HELLO LUMBAR SUPPORT! I went back and forth between the airflow and the all weather...and finally bought the airflow. I love that we can use it from newborn to 48 months. I like the option of 6 ways of carrying; however, I think we'll only use 3 - back, front facing out, and front towards me. I tried the side carry and it wasn't too comfortable. The videos on YouTube - super helpful. Another thing I love is how adjustable it is - the shoulder straps, etc. Currently, our 7 month old is about 18 pounds and when I use this carrier, feels I'm carrying feathers and neither of us get hot. The neck support for baby is a great feature too. I've told everyone about this carrier. It's absolutely a wonderful product.

YES, YES, and YES AGAIN

Received this a few weeks ago as I wanted an upgrade from the carrier I had been gifted when baby was born. He is a year old now and I needed something sturdier and more comfortable for both of us. I love the print and attention to details such as being able to roll the excess of my straps and tie them, the mesh to keep things cool. Also really love the sun cover for baby. I would say I dislike how bulky it feels, the straps and waist support(not the lumbar but the front portion) feel really big for me. I have a smaller frame and that might be why but I am not thrilled about the fit. I also didn't like how you have to fold towards the inside the extra part to make the 
narrow seat setting and it just ends up all bunched up between my baby's legs and leaves the inside of his thighs marked. I also don't like how when he is forward facing his arms just hang over the top but not in a comfortable manner. He seems slouched over.

Great padding & support but bulky and slightly uncomfy

I ordered this carrier when I was pregnant with my baby. It arrived in a timely manner. I just took it out of its packaging last week to use it for the first time, as my baby was born last month. I was very disappointed to find stains on the shoulder straps and body of the carrier. I reached out to the seller to make this right. They have refused as it is outside of their 60-day warranty. They sold me a used and dirty baby product, which I refuse to put my baby girl into.
