Do the additional bags fit inside the backpack

This would be too big for the average pre-k student. It would be more intended for the 3rd-5th grade age

This backpack set is adorable and affordable.  I bought it for one of our girls and she loved it. She especially was excited about all the extra pieces that came with it. She loved that they all matched and looked cool. She was excited to use it for her first day in 8th grade. The backpack material is great and looks durable.

we never got the cinch bag in any of them , 4 in all . no biggy as it had the items that where needed .

decent deal

This is a great deal since you get a full size backpack and lunch set. However the backpack is thin and would not last long for high school or middle school students that have to carry a lot of heavy books or items.  The pencil case and water bottle are nice and the cinch bag works great for kids who take extra clothes, like PE clothes or extra clothes for smaller kids.  Everything is lightweight and easily washed.

5 piece back to school backpack set

These were a great buy.  I bought 4 of them to donate to a back to school drive.  I hear the kids were really excited.

We got the backpacks walmart.com . they came in two separate orders one backpack was in a box, a week later we got the other backpack in a plastic bag. The one that came in the plastic bag had a dented bottle in the backpack was wrinkled because it was not shipped properly.

Bad shipping

I thought this was a great buy for my 3 kids.  However, this combo would best suit a younger child.  My 6th grader will need a bigger bag, it may work for my 4th & 2nd grader.  The pencil case doesn't hold a regular size pencil (too short), lunch kit is too small for a real lunch.  Again my kids are older, maybe for a snack on a short trip but not anything they would be able to carry to school for lunch.

I was a little disappointed.  I could have spent the $30 on just bigger backpacks without all the other things that they really can't use.

Great bundle for price, but the backpack itself is too small for more than two textbooks or so.

Too small for school books

This product is advertised as 5 pieces.  When I purchased it and got home, there were only 4 pieces.  I returned it and ordered online.  When I picked up my order, it only had 4 pieces.  I went to the Newark Walmart and all of this product only had 4 pieces.  I did purchase item at a discounted price and my granddaughter loves it.  It would have been excellent if all pieces had been included.   This is a manufacturer problem.
