Yes, all Flowers products are made in USA. The brush is too flexible and a poor design so doesn't deposit much mascara on your lashes and you'll end up adding another one on top of it.

I'm interested in the waterproof mascara and the whole line actually. Is the makeup made in the U.S.A. ?

I always buy waterproof mascaras and clumpless ones that stay on and go on smoothly. This is not waterproof but it got tested today in a pouring rain storm while walking my dogs in the park and it stayed on just as well as any waterproof mascara! It is not clumpy. I will definitely buy this again!

beautiful mascara

I have searched and searched for a cruelty-free preferably vegan mascara, trying anything I could get my hands on that cost less than $25. and it's been one disappointment after another.

Enter Flower Extreme Measures Lengthing Mascara. I've been using it every day for about a week now and every day I'm shocked by the quality, ease of use, and long-lasting wear of this product. Unlike all of the other like-mascaras I've tried, this one does not flake or melt and looks as fresh after 12 hours as it does at application.

That said, I DO still use a primer underneath (by Hard Candy, which, in my opinion is the only product that line generates that's worth even considering) because I LOVE extra long, extra full, flirty lashes. I did try it once without and it's still gorgeous, providing long and long-lasting treatment for your lashes.

I really liked this product from the very first use, it goes on great and last all day!! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely love this mascara! Always wear waterproof due to severe allergies and had used the same brand for over 5 years. Tried this bc it's Drew Barrymore....love her!! This has been the only mascara I've used since. It's def waterproof! Wore it camping and had the same mascara on for 3 days swimming, showering and playing on the beach. But it comes off easy with makeup remover. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I like this mascara because it doesn't flake. The wand is shaped like a "dumbell" and the larger end make it easy to get the inside and outside corner of my lashes. Washes off easily.

Good Mascara

I bought this as soon as this cosmetics line entered Walmart's shelves.
This is a nice mascara and does what it says on the package.
The reason I gave it four stars is because it made my lashes look too skinny. Neither limp or thick, maybe a little average.
My opinion may change, however, after continuous use.

Nice mascara

This product is very difficult to use, which sounds crazy for mascara, but the brush is such an important part of applying mascara that it is important for you to know that the brush design is fat at the bottom and top of the wand but narrow in the center which is a bad design but it is also very flexible which makes no sense at all. So it doesn't deposit much mascara on your lashes at all. I wouldn't purchase this product again. I'll stay with Rimmel Lash Accelerator, which I've had to use over the Flowers one. Our Walmart only carries mascara, lipstick and nail polish and I'd like to see the rest of the line. Wish it was available in other stores.

Poor brush design

the mascara itself is not too bad - and i tried a LOT of the other products and ended up chucking them because the texture or wearability was just below par. i actually got to use this mascara for about 5 times and was pretty happy with the results until the packaging just broke in 2 just by me twisting the top off. i got mascara ALL OVER the place. other items in the line had similar problems - broken lipstick cases...terrible product design.
