Received all parts, nothing was cracked, broken or missing. Very easy to assemble. Its adjustable in height and comfortable for me. Fits under my desk just fine.

I like it

I was very hesitant to purchase this chair because of other reviews which claimed the assembly was too complicated and the lumbar support was bad. I took a chance and i do not regret it. The assembly was EXTREMELY easy, all the holes and screws matched up. The lumbar support is good, my back feels better on this chair. The arm rests and size of the chair are nice so it fits most desks. The wheels roll VERY smoothly. I am not sure how long it will last but it feels heavy duty and sturdy enough for long term use.

The product is very suitable and comfortable

It's sits low I used my old metal floor stand from my ripped one and brought it up to my normal height. It's wide enough for me I weight 240 pounds and 6'5 but I had to raise it up with my old floor stand. I would get a piston that is higher if I did not have the old stand. At least the 5 or 6 inch travel one. The piston it comes with is the lowest piston you can buy. So just look for a high piston there not that expensive.

Made in Vietnam

Fairly easy to put together for the most part. There are no written instructions, only pictures. The way the back and arms portion has to be attached to the bottom of the chair could use improvement. The material of the bottom of the arms is too thick for the screws to go all the way through to the cushion. You'll have to keep screwing them in.

Room for Improvement

Chair is nice with back support but cushion is not comfortable for long hours sitting. Except cushion everything is fine for the price

Back rest nut bolt lost grip soon return period over 😢. now I can not get support while I try to rest back.

Back rest support issue

I want my money back. Need urgent refunds or you have to send me another chair. I am really desperate

My package was half opened! They didn't include the screws and stuff! It was dusty. The instructions and so vague! Just put in another $5 and get another office chair! I'm sure it would be better than this. Now I have to wait for 48 hours to confirm if they will issue a replacement or not! Just waste of time. And shocking how they maintain something so dirty.

Please look for another chair
