The lamp came a few days late, but was updated right away at every step of the process about where the lamp was. The lamp arrived without any damage. Nothing was broken and all of the pieces were there. It did not take long to put together, maybe 10 minutes tops. The pieces did seem to be put together without much care, so although the product is sturdy, it was a little difficult getting things to fit into each other without a little bit of muscle to get everything to fit. Once set up, it exceeded my expectations. The lamp is beautiful and gives just enough light to my living room. The shades of the lamp do hang a little low, the lowest probably about 5'4" high and the tallest about 5'8". Overall I feel it's a great lamp for the value and looks like an expensive piece.

Awesome lamp! It works out great because we can pus the couch to the wall to save space. Very happy!

Love it!

This lamp is a real statement piece in the room. Tall, but not overwhelming. If in doubt, go for it.

Dramatic

This lamp is really sharp looking! It is very heavy and feels sturdy not flimsy.. Even the shades are sturdy. You need a small hand to change the bulbs. First I used 60 watt clear appliance bulbs but it was too bright for what I wanted it for so I switched to frosted 40 watt bulbs and they were perfect . it it nice and tall and gives off a good amount of light. Even with the smaller bulbs. If I were to design this lamp I would make it able to turn on each lamp individually as wel as all three at once.

Almost perfect

The instructions are not very clear and have you rely on a picture with VERY small parts indicated. Otherwise it's nicer than I had expected. It fits perfectly over my pub height craft table.

Better than expected

One problem was that one of the lampshade rings to hold the shade on the lamp was missing. This was a problem at first because when I called the company direct, I received a voicemail which was full and the date on the voicemail to callers indicated that it was October 14 and the day I called was February 1. Luckily, I went to my local Lowes store and they had a lampshade ring that fit perfectly. Other than that, it is a great lamp.

This is a strikingly beautiful and well made lamp that really elevates a room. It is even more fabulous than it looks in the photos. I would have given four stars if they had been a bit more generous with the directions as to how to assemble it. I had a fair amount of trouble and when it was all done, I realized that I had the base upside down. Anyway, it's fabulous.
BTW, it has a solid stone base and it's really heavy. I had quite the time lugging it up the stairs to my apartment.

Gorgeous lamp

THe package came torn up--no directions. The base is very heavy and must have torn the box, it was the worse box to bring home. The lamp is attractive.

The lamp itself is good looking, however its definitely not bronze I would call it black, and its really unfortunate that there is only one setting on the knob. For the price it should really have at least two light settings just like most (even cheap) lamps so you can dim it.

the lamp is heavy and seems well constructed, but the knob to turn the light on and off is missing, all that you see is the plastic piece, its obvious the knob to turn the switch is missing as the switch is white plastic , the cover for the switch  that is the same color as the lamp was nowhere to be found when we unpacked the lamp.
